Credit Card Upgrade Notice
Our new credit card site is on the way!
We have officially begun our upgrade process to bring you a modern, user-friendly site for accessing your Bay Atlantic FCU credit card.
The upgrade will take place from Wednesday February 22 through Monday, February 27.
While your credit card will function normally for purchases during this process, you will not be able to access your card information in Virtual Branch online banking or through the Automated Response Unit.
From now until February 27, if you need to review your transaction history or make a credit card payment, you will need to speak with a credit union representative in person or by phone.
The new credit card site will be available beginning Tuesday, February 28. You will be redirected to the new site through Virtual Branch online banking.
In addition to being mobile-friendly, the new site also allows members to activate cards, request replacement cards, and create or change PINS—all online!
Please note: once the upgrade is complete, any automatic payments from other financial institutions will need to be manually reset. These will not automatically carry over.
