Bay Atlantic Federal Credit Union is a member owned, not-for-profit full service financial institution. Our commitment is to help our members achieve financial success while providing quality, family friendly service. 

We pride ourselves in upholding the credit union philosophy of People Helping People. We strive to put our members first and provide them with a unique, welcoming experience. Whether it’s opening a savings account, applying for a car loan, or handling a budget, our team is passionate about service!

That service extends beyond our membership and into our local community. Bay Atlantic FCU has a long history of fundraising and charity work. We actively support Children’s Miracle Network at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, M25 Housing Initiative, and the Vineland Salvation Army. We also partner with other local credit unions to participate in High School Reality Fairs to help teach financial literacy, and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, an American Cancer Society walk.

Bay Atlantic FCU employees are a part of a tight knit, caring company culture. Together, we celebrate birthdays, holidays, and many special occasions in between. Even through hard times, we have each other to look to for support. At the credit union, our co-workers are really a second family.

Employment at Bay Atlantic FCU may be the first step of many into the financial industry. Our employees have many opportunities to cross train and advance within our organization. In fact, our CEO/President Gail Marino first began working at the credit union as a teller!
