
College Scholarships
Bay Atlantic FCU is proud to offer five scholarship options for our members! We award a $500 merit scholarship to academically excelling high school seniors who exemplify the credit union philosophy of "people helping people" through participation in volunteer and community service.
We also award four outstanding seniors with the $1,000 John Lisi Memorial Scholarship, the $1,000 Jim Goldsborough Scholarship, the $1,000 Gene Volpe Scholarship, and the $1,000 Keith Bradbury Scholarship in honor of four of our former Board members.
All applications must be submitted to Bay Atlantic FCU. Applications must be completed in its entirety, signed by the student and their parent/guardian, and include:

An official high school transcript of completed marking periods as of date of submission or their senior year report card/grades. Transcripts and report cards must include GPA.

The completed Teacher Reference portion of the application. It must be completed and signed by one of the applicant’s teachers.

A signed photo release form. Note: Even if you are opting out, you still must submit a signed release for our records.

To be eligible for Bay Atlantic FCU scholarships, applicants must be:

A credit union member in good standing

Enrolled as a high school senior at the time of application

Pursuing secondary education at an accredited institution for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year (Accredited institutions include community colleges, four-year college and universities, and technical or vocational schools)

The application deadline Friday, April 10th.
