Important Notice for BAFCU Credit Card Holders
We’re pleased to announce that we will be upgrading to a modern, user-friendly site for accessing your credit card information!
The new site can be used with any mobile device, including smart phones and tablets. Members will also be able to
Request replacement cards
Create or change PINs
The upgrade process will take place from Wednesday, February 22 through Monday, February 27.
During this time, members will not be able to see or access their credit cards or make payments in Virtual Branch or through the Automated Response Unit. We encourage all members to make the necessary arrangements to make their February credit card payment before 2/22.
If you need assistance making your payment between 2/22 and 2/27, please call or come into the credit union and speak with a representative.
The new credit card site will be available Tuesday, February 28.
You will be redirected to the new site through Virtual Branch online banking.
Please note: as part of this upgrade, you will need to reset your payment transfer information. This information will not carry over to the new site.
