Congratulations to Juan, our August Employee of the Month!
Juan is our employee of the month not just for his performance as a member service representative, but for his community outreach efforts. After hearing a call to action for more men of color to participate in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, Juan enrolled as a Big Brother and was matched with his new Little Brother Isaiah. We are so proud of Juan for stepping up and giving back to our community! He is truly exemplifying the credit union philosophy of People Helping People.
