Bay Atlantic Federal Credit Union announces newly renovated Resource Center

Bay Atlantic FCU is excited to announce that the renovations to our Loan Center are complete. In addition to expansion, the renovation also included the installation of three new offices and seven new cubicles. The floorplan was designed with the possibility of future growth opportunities in mind. Coinciding with internal restructuring, the 1940 SW Blvd location will serve as our Resource Center and will now house our community and membership development, compliance, marketing, underwriting, and virtual engagement teams. An official ribbon cutting with the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce has been set for November 17^th at 9am.

As part of this restructuring, we have moved loan servicing and intake operations to the Main Office. This will create the most seamless lending experience for our members, as it will allow them to complete all their credit union transactions in one convenient location. Our new Virtual Engagement department will also increase member access by serving as a dedicated call and messaging team. Moving forward, our underwriting team will shift into back-office operations, which will enable them to process applications and decisioning more quickly and efficiently.

In addition to serving our members, Bay Atlantic FCU has always been committed to serving and uplifting our community. With that in mind, our business development team has undergone an update of its own and now operates as Community and Membership Development. This shift, as well as our Community Impact and Charitable Efforts Committee, gives us the ability to stay abreast of community events and outreach initiatives.
