That’s why we are introducing a new ID proofing measure for in-person visits to our office. This new fraud prevention measure allows us to make certain it is YOU trying to access your account, not an imposter. |
What is IDCheck? Beginning May 1st, tellers will have the ability to identify and authenticate members through a QR code and one-time passcode multi-factor authentication verification. This only applies to Shared Branch users from out-of-state. BAFCU members will not need to complete IDCheck for transactions at our office but will be required to authenticate when accessing Shared Branch offices outside of New Jersey. |

Policies may vary at different credit union locations. When accessing Shared Branch banking out-of-state, be sure to speak with that institution's staff for guidance and follow their instructions.
