Every year, we team up with local credit unions to hold a Kid Friendly Food Drive! Through June 30th, we will continue collecting donations of kid friendly foods, all of which will go to the Vineland Salvation Army to help fight community food insecurity this summer.
Did you know that in 20.5% of children in Cumberland County faced food insecurity in 2020*? Unfortunately, summer vacation can be even more difficult for children as many rely on breakfast and lunch programs through their schools.
We hope you'll join us in supporting our community by dropping off a donation at our main office. Any brand, size, or flavor of kid friendly foods are greatly appreciated!
Per the Salvation Army, most needed donation items include:
Peanut Butter and Jelly
Canned Pasta
Canned Soups
Macaroni and Cheese
Pasta
Cereal
Oatmeal
Pancake Mix
Granola Bars
Fruit Cups
Raisins or Craisins
Juice Boxes
