July Employee of the Month: Jaime

Congratulations to our July Employee of the month, Jaime! 🌟

Our Member Service Representative was nominated by his manager Amabel for consistently going above and beyond to ensure that our members' concerns are resolved. Jaime recently received a handwritten thank-you card from a member who he'd assisted. As Amabel said, "In today's busy world, people rarely take their time to write a personal note unless someone has truly made a lasting impact."

Jaime was presented with a congratulatory card, balloon, and trophy at our recent Monthly Staff Meeting. Jaime was also presented with his choice of award to recognize this achievement along with VIP parking for the next month in the CEO’s parking space.
