
Second Chance Checking
If you have a non-favorable record with Chex Systems, Inc. and/or Bay Atlantic Federal Credit Union, you may be eligible for our Second Chance Checking program. This program assists members who have struggled with checking account management in the past, possibly resulting in a charged off account for negative balance(s). There are special eligibility requirements, terms, conditions, and fees associated with Second Chance Checking accounts.

If you are interested in learning more about our Second Chance Checking accounts, you will need to speak with a Member Service Representative for assistance. If you have already spoken with a Member Service Representative to confirm your eligibility for the Second Chance Checking program, you may find the Checking Account Basics and Account Management Module and link to the quiz below. Please review the module and then complete the quiz. You must score at least 80% to qualify. Be sure to include your full name and phone number in your submission, and a Member Service Representative will follow up with your results. Please do not take the quiz until you have been instructed to do so by a Member Service Representative.
