Lobby Safety Procedures

We feel extremely fortunate to be able to welcome our members into our lobby.

As the state of this public health emergency changes from day to day, we will remain focused on providing excellent service while keeping our employees and our customers safe, healthy, and informed.

We ask that you follow our new guidelines and restrictions:

Stay Home if You’re Sick
If you are feeling ill, feverish, or coughing, please do not enter the building.

The drive thru is still open for your transactions and convenience.


Please Wear a Mask

As of July 27th, the CDC recommends both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals wear masks in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission. Currently, all of Cumberland County is designated as a high transmission area.

At this time, both members and employees have the option of wearing face masks while in the credit union. 

*PLEASE NOTE* Although masks are accepted, hats, hoods, and sunglasses must be removed before entering the credit union or loan center. This helps ensure the safety of both our staff and members. 

Waiting Area
Members are able to wait in the lobby to see member service representatives. However, if lobby seating is at capacity, members may be asked to wait in their car until a representative is ready to see them.


Use Hand Sanitizer
We have hand sanitizer stations set up in the lobby.
Please use the sanitizer upon entering and exiting the credit union to help prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.


Social Distancing
Please remember to stay a safe distance (at least 6 feet) from other members and follow directional markers on the floor.
