Lobby Safety Procedures
We feel extremely fortunate to be able to welcome our members into our lobby.
As the state of this public health emergency changes from day to day, we will remain focused on providing excellent service while keeping our employees and our customers safe, healthy, and informed.
We ask that you follow our new guidelines and restrictions:
Masks are Required at all Times
Due to rising concern regarding spread of the omicron variant, we are once again requiring that face masks be worn at all times while in the credit union. This mandate is being put in place for the protection of both our staff and our members.
*PLEASE NOTE* Although masks are required, hats, hoods, and sunglasses must be removed before entering the credit union or loan center.
Stay Home if You’re Sick
If you are feeling ill, feverish, or coughing, please do not enter the building.
The drive thru is still open for your transactions and convenience.
Members are able to wait in the lobby to see member service representatives. However, if lobby seating is at capacity, members may be asked to wait in their car until a representative is ready to see them.
Use Hand Sanitizer
We have hand sanitizer stations set up in the lobby.
Please use the sanitizer upon entering and exiting the credit union to help prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
Please remember to stay a safe distance (at least 6 feet) from other members whenever possible.
