This year been challenging for everyone, and we hope that you are safe and healthy amid the COVID-19 pandemic. We feel extremely fortunate to be able to welcome our members back into our lobby.
As the state of this public health emergency changes from day to day, we will remain focused on providing excellent service while keeping our employees and our customers safe, healthy, and informed.
We ask that you follow our new guidelines and restrictions:
Stay Home if You’re Sick
If you are feeling ill, feverish, or coughing, please do not enter the building.
The drive thru is still open for your transactions and convenience.
Wear a Mask at all Times
Members will need to wear a mask or face covering at all times while in the credit union.
We want to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Six Members at a Time
At this time, we will not be allowing more than six (6) members in the lobby at a time.
Please do not be alarmed or offended if you are asked to wait outside or in your vehicle.
Use Hand Sanitizer
We have hand sanitizer stations set up in the lobby.
Please use the sanitizer upon entering and exiting the credit union to help prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
Social Distancing
Please remember to stay a safe distance (at least 6 feet) from other members and follow directional markers on the floor.
If You Need Assistance From a Member Service Representative or a Loan Officer:
If you need to meet with a Member Service Representative or Loan Officer, please wait in your car and call
856-696-2525. A credit union employee will then call or text once they are available and escort you inside.
This helps prevent an excess of people in the lobby at a time.
NJ Covid-19 Travel Restrictions
In light of Governor Murphy’s travel restrictions, we are asking any members who have been outside of the state in the last two (2) weeks to please refrain from entering our lobby.
At this time, we ask that you please utilize the credit union drive thru, or call in for assistance so a credit union representative may come outside to assist you. As always, our online services (home banking, bill pay, mobile app, and remote deposit capture) are always available for your convenience. We are prioritizing the safety of our staff and members. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
