New Website

We’re very excited to end the year with a brand new website!

That’s right-- the credit union website is getting a full makeover with a fresh new look, increased accessibility, and  brand new mobile-responsive viewing.

Here's what you need to know about the new site:

The website is currently live! Servers are still updating, so some members may still be seeing the old website. Older browsers, like Internet Explorer, may be displaying a TLS error. This is completely normal and temporary. The issue will remedy itself once the servers complete the update. In the interim, we recommend utilizing a more updated browser (like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) or using our mobile app.

Virtual Branch Online Banking:

Our online banking platform will still be Virtual Branch, but there will no longer be a login widget on the homepage. To access Online Banking, you will need to click the Virtual Branch Login button at the top right. This links directly to the online banking login page.

Some members are reporting issues with password autofill, stating that autofill did not carry over to the login page.

For security purposes, we do not recommend that you save your passwords to autofill. However, if you have your password saved and cannot remember it, you do have the option to retrieve the information from the password key. This process may be slightly different depending on your device. Below are step-by-step instructions for accessing your passwords in Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. If you are unable to find your stored password, you have the option to reset your password.

Password Saved in Google Chrome:

 

Open Google Chrome

Click the Three Dots at the top right of the browser window

Select Settings from the drop-down menu

Select the Passwords option from your account page

If necessary, search for bayatlantic

Click on the Eye Icon next to the password to view

Most computer will require you to enter your computer password to access this information

Password Saved in Internet Explorer:

 

Open Internet Explorer

Click the Setting gear at the top right of the browser window

Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu

Select the Content Tab

Under the AutoComplete section, click the Settings button

Click the Manage Passwords button

If necessary, search for bayatlantic

Click the drop-down arrow next to the site name to view the password

Password Saved in Mozilla Firefox:

 

Click the Three Lines at the top right of the browser window

Select Logins and Passwords from the drop-down menu

If necessary, search for bayatlantic

Click on the Eye Icon next to the password to view

Password Saved in Safari:

 

Click on Safari at the top left of your screen

Select Preferences from the drop-down menu

Select the Passwords Tab

If your computer is password protected, you will need to enter your password to proceed

If necessary, search for bayatlantic

Click on the Password to view

Resetting Your Password:

 

If you are unable to access your stored password and cannot remember, you have the option of resetting your password.

This can be completed from the Virtual Branch login page.

If you have attempted to find or reset your password and are still unable to log in, you can call us for assistance at 856-696-2525.
